Out of their 115 homes, 11 will hold 11 or more people. Their largest sleeps 18 - perfect for that Georgia-Florida Golf Classic crowd. Of the rental units they handle, 23 are beach front units, with beautiful views of the Atlantic. Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals Want to bring your furry family members? Parker Kaufman has 23 units that allow pets under their pet policy, which lets you bring pets in the off-season months. Out of these 23 units, 5 units (Better Days, Gritz Carlton A & B, the Hunt, and Villa # 229) allow pets year-round. Service with a Smile Parker Kaufman has always gone out of their way to accommodate our wishes. Once, we had trouble with the air-conditioning in one of their vacation house rentals. This can mean serious trouble in the 100 degree summer heat with two young children! Parker Kaufman immediately upgraded us to a better unit that was available - one with working AC. We're bad about arriving on Jekyll after hours. Parker Kaufman always welcomes us with keys in our unit, and the porch lighton. We've also ordered extra items like linens (which their policy recommends ordering at least 14 days before arrival) a few days before leaving for vacation, and they've always been waiting for us when we arrive.
